PACKAGING ASSISTANT TEAM LEAD

SUMMARY

To provide assistance and serve as backup for Team Leaders. Assist in the supervision of frozen food manufacturing. This includes supervision of packaging and/or production line workers. Understands product quality standards and critical control points. Achieve packaging goals by controlling line speeds and product flow. May be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience or one year packaging line experience and training.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must be Bilingual-English/Spanish
Must be able to read and comprehend written procedures, regulations, and short correspondence.
Good math skills.
Ability to clearly present information on a large range of forms and short reports.
