2004 Dear
Amy's Kitchen
I couldn't wait to write you - I have been a vegetarian for
9 years. I gave up fast food 9 years ago as well. I am a health
food junkie - except I still eat chocolate - ha!
Anyway, I was craving a pizza so badly - but refused to eat
fast food pizza! I just discovered Amy's Cheese and Spinach
pizza - oh my gosh - it was the best pizza I ever ate in my
life - it was excellent! Delicious! So glad I'm single and
live alone - it was all mine!!
Thank you Amy's Kitchen - you have a new customer forever
Yesterday
browing the frozen food section at the Natchez Market, a
locally owned business, I saw your product. It was $4.++,
a dollar more than other similarly sized products. At 75,
I am a very price-conscious shopper, but I wanted to try
it so I "splurged."
It is superb! I think about it and my mouth waters! The
taste, the "righteous" ingredients, the fact that yours is
a true family business - are all praiseworthy.
Feel good about what you do....I do.

Subject: More than Satisfied
Hello,
I am writing to tell you that your products are wonderful!
I am not a vegetarian and do not regularily eat organic food.
However, your frozen dinners taste of the flavors and freshness
that I would expect when ordering at a nice restaruant. Especially
your pasta dishes, which are absolutely fabulous. Also, as
someone who does a lot of physical training, I am usually
satisfied by your proportions.
So thank you for creating a healthful
option that tastes excellent, is filling, and is all around
an fabulous product.
Thank you,
Darci
A more than satisfied customer
Email from: Mike Nichols - January 24th 2004 Hello,
I am a pilot for Continental Airlines and was introduced
to your product through my company who uses one of your burritos for
vegetarian meals we offer our passengers. I am a meat-eater and was
reluctant to try a vegetarian product.
On
a flight one day, a passenger declined their vegetarian meal, since
it was all that was left I ate it out of pure hunger. Much
to my surprise, I loved it. I have gone on to try several
of your products (which are now available at my local grocer--HyVee
in Lee's Summit, MO) of which I have been impressed with
all of them. You have a fine business model, excellent food,
and have gained a customer in me. Keep up the fine work.
Sincerely,
Mike Nichols, MO

More whole meals!
The chili/cornbread/rice whole meal is just fabulous! I
hope you will develop more of these combos!!
I saw the e-mails about weight loss using your products
- I am trying to lose a few pounds and am counting calories
very carefully. Your products make it easy to do
this and they are delicious. Many of the meals are
in the 300 calorie range which is just right for lunch. I
used to get soup or a sandwich at a deli but you can't
keep track of calories or ingredients very easily (not
to mention that this can be pretty expensive here in midtown
Manhattan!) Now I keep a few boxes of your products
in the freezer here at work and use our microwave - it's
simple and there are no excuses for bad eating habits anymore.
It sounds like the company is very successful - you deserve
it! Keep up the good work!!

everything I love about the old raviolis, plus more. The spices and sauce
perfectly compliment the delicious ricotta filled raviolis.” -
