Email!Subject: Wonderful!!

As a conscientious, health-conscious working woman who doesn't have a lot of time to prepare meals, I have always struggled with finding healthy, ethically-sound, fast yet tasty lunches to take to the office. For months I had been taking in frozen dinners made by a popular manufacturer (Fergie is this manufacturer's spokesperson), but (a) there were very few vegetarian options within the selections; (b) the selections listed ingredients on their side panels that I couldn't pronounce, and had to examine carefully for presence of any meat, meat-derived broths or "flavorings"; (c) I always felt "shortchanged" on the good ingredients like vegetables (a meal showing hearty broccoli florets on the box in reality contained a few meager stalk portions, one if any florets) and finally (d) they tasted low-fat, low-calorie and were just plain unsatisfying.

The HEB grocery store I go to in Austin carries the Amy's brand, but who knows how long they've been around because I only discovered them a few weeks ago as they are in a different section of frozen foods apart from all the other frozen dinners - I really wish I had discovered these sooner - WOW! Your cheese enchiladas are every bit as delicious as any restaurant enchilada I've ever had (and I've lived in Austin for 14 years), the beans and corn that come with are amazingly flavorful. I have had the Santa Fe enchiladas, lasagna, and macaroni and cheese; I can't wait to go back and try the other varieties.
I absolutely love that I have found delicious, fast meals that I can feel good about - both in terms of ethical causes as well as my health and waistline!! (Most of your entrees have the same calorie count as all of those purported "healthy choices" (ahem) out there - amazing considering how astronomically better yours taste!)

I looked at your website and found that HEB doesn't carry nearly all the varieties you offer (would you mind persuading them to carry more and I'll do the same?) :)

P.S. I couldn't think of a better name for your line of meals.

Email!Subject: Feedback

I just thought I would drop you a note to let you know how wonderful I think your products are!  Everything that I've tried has just been terrific, and has given me a whole new view of frozen foods!  I've told all my friends about Amy's, and the last time I got together with one of my groups of friends, we even all had the Amy's vegetable lasagna for our group meal!  I just now tried the Black Bean burrito, and of course, it was wonderful--as I've come to expect from any Amy's product.

Last August I went to my doctor for something routine and found that my blood pressure was getting to be borderline high.  I decided then and there to lose some weight and start eating healthier.  That's when I found Amy's foods.  Since August, I have lost 66 pounds and am eating healthier than I ever have before.  I have never felt better!

So anyway, thank you for producing such a wonderful line of organic food products!  Keep up the great work!!!

Email!Subject: Thank You!

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
I've been a faithful eater of Amy's Kitchen frozen meals ever since I discovered you at Whole Foods, probably about five years ago!  Your products have since started appearing in my local regular grocery stores and I've thanked my lucky stars.  Amy's meals make it so much easier to be a vegetarian.  I eat one every day for lunch at work, and people always notice what great foods I am eating and find it hard to believe it's a frozen meal.  I am also in Weight Watchers, and nearly all your meals fall within my "points" range for lunchtime (and sometimes dinner too!).  Keep up the good work, and thank you so much for making life easier, healthier, and more delicious!

Sincerely,
Maryann Shanley

Email!Subject: Your Cheese Pizza

I can't believe I am emailing you regarding pizza, but I am.  Your cheese pizzas are the very best available.  I recently have had to start eating healthier.  For several reasons.  My weight had never been an issue in my life until about 4 years ago.  A friend of mine suggested your frozen meals, and it is working for me.   Of course I don't eat all frozen foods, but when I do I have been selecting Amy's due to the healthy ingredients, etc.  Also,  the caloric intake isn't not as high and full of sodium as the other choices.  And I am working out regularly.

You all probably get tons of these emails and delete them as fast as you can.  I can't blame you but if someone does see mine;  I am being sincere.

I think your Cheese pizza is the very best frozen pizza there is.  I add my own dried Basil, and red crushed peppers.  But even without those two ingredients, it is fine.  And healthy too.

Thanks for putting out a quality food product.

Email!Subject: Your food
Hello Amy & Family

I am a recent E-Diet client and I have to say that being able to eat your foods and still lose weight is really remarkable because they taste so good!  I am really pleased with the Burrito Dinner.  The pocket sandwiches are good too.  I just wanted to let you know that good food is so appreciated... keep doing what your doing.

Once again, thanks for the great HEALTHY food!

Love
Karen

Hello:

I just wanted to thank you for you're fine products. I have been on a diet for 1 year and have lost 140 lbs.

In the process of loosing this weight I found you're product (Texas Burger) and eat that for lunch on an Italian roll with grilled onion or Portobello mushroom. I have been telling everyone that asks me how I am losing weight to use you're products. In fact the dietitian office now tells everyone to use this product in their diet.

I am writing a cook book called "Cooking for Health" with two dietitian's and the Texas Burger is in the book.

I still have 35 lbs to go before I reach my goal. I will always use you're products.

Thank You
Joe Savoly
