Breakfast
burritos are "special occasion" treats
as far as we're concerned. But even during those rare times
when you indulge in one of these early morning flour fiestas,
why not go for one that's actually good for you? Just say no
to the overstuffed, horrific, fat-infused tortillas served
up at those fast food joints, and pop one of Amy's yummy masterpieces
in the microwave instead. Jam-packed with organic potatoes,
tofu, black beans, veggies and salsa, this burrito is not only
satisfying, but it's amazingly delicious and has just 250 calories.
So change it up every now and then -- swap those egg whites
or that bowl of cereal for one of these. It'll turn an otherwise
dull morning into a sassy burritofest. Ole!
