Speed your recovery after a cold winter run with healthy- and delicious- soups
After a chilly run, few meals are more satisfying than soup. Warm and comforting, "soup provides a big bang for your buck," says sports nutritionist Lisa Dorfman, R.D. "You can get lots of protein, fiber, and carbs for not a lot of calories." Research shows that eating soup before a meal reduces calorie intake during that meal by 20 percent, making it great for weight loss. Whether you want a hearty postrun meal or a satisfying prerun lunch, these soups are easy to make- and savor. Each recipe yields two to three servings and tastes even better as leftovers.

It's me again! Everytime I try a new product (one that I haven't tried yet) of Amy's I must email ya'll to tell ya'll how great it is. Well, this past weekend I bought 3 of your pizzas at Whole Foods because they were on sale. Tuesday night I made both the Soy Cheeze and the Spinach. They were delish!! My son just loved the Spinach. We first tried Spinach pizza the following week at Cici's Pizza, and I told him before he took a bite that this pizza was way better. He agreed!!! My husband didn't even have a problem with the soy cheeze - I didn't tell him that it was soy cheeze until after he finished eating it.
Amy's has the best frozen foods out there. I have never had so many dishes from one company that tasted so great. I have yet to be let down by any of your dishes.
P.S. - I think ya'll should come out with a cookbook. Has anyone else ever suggested that?
Thanks.
