Dessert doesn't have to be off-limits. A recent study shows that you absorb as much calcium from a serving of fortified ice cream as you get from a glass of milk. I know you get this all the time but I just had to tell you that your frozen enchiladas and the Thai frozen dinner are incredible. Recently, I have decided to switch to Veganism and I just happen past some of your frozen foods at Krogers and again I have to say you are very talented! Thanks for making the switch easier!
