Dinner and a Movie

With allergies or celiac, why stress over finding a restaurant with your gang of friends? A great alternative is to have everybody to your place for some safe and surprisingly tasty fast-food, while gathered round the DVD screen. Here are some delicious culinary choices, with film suggestions on the side.
Create your own Mexican menu for your friends. Start with a bowl of organic corn chips and salsa of your choice. Once again, the freezer section of the local grocery store can provide convenient mains: Try Amy's Kitchen's Black Bean Vegetable Enchiladas (peanut-, nut-, dairy-, gluten and egg-free; contains dairy). Each entrée consists of two filled tortillas covered in a rich sauce. $6.49/269g at grocery and health-food stores.

I just discovered my local grocery store carries Amy's products and I am thrilled. We have been trying to eat better around my house, but with four active kids sometimes convenience out weighs nutrition. I'm so happy it doesn't have to anymore now that I can pick up quick to prepare Amy's meals right at my grocery store. Thanks for such a great line of products!
