12 Healthy Living Secrets From Some of the Healthiest People We Know
Sometimes taking care of your body can seem like a huge task that no normal person can manage: Eat conscientiously! Exercise constantly! Sleep eight hours! Meditate like your life depends on it! It’s enough to make your head spin. Thankfully, you don’t have to be perfect—you just have to try a little bit every day. Here’s how some of our super-healthy (but not superhuman) friends manage.
Healthy Living Secret: Turn off the screens and sleep!
"I've found that the most important thing for me is a good night's sleep. Even if I'm eating well, juicing, doing yoga, and meditating, none of that matters if I'm sleep-deprived. I turn off all my screens an hour before I go to bed, light a candle, read a few chapters in a book, and play a little music.”

It's me again! Everytime I try a new product (one that I haven't tried yet) of Amy's I must email ya'll to tell ya'll how great it is. Well, this past weekend I bought 3 of your pizzas at Whole Foods because they were on sale. Tuesday night I made both the Soy Cheeze and the Spinach. They were delish!! My son just loved the Spinach. We first tried Spinach pizza the following week at Cici's Pizza, and I told him before he took a bite that this pizza was way better. He agreed!!! My husband didn't even have a problem with the soy cheeze - I didn't tell him that it was soy cheeze until after he finished eating it.
Amy's has the best frozen foods out there. I have never had so many dishes from one company that tasted so great. I have yet to be let down by any of your dishes.
P.S. - I think ya'll should come out with a cookbook. Has anyone else ever suggested that?
Thanks.
