This thick tomato sauce tastes like it’s been simmering on the stovetop all day. It has the consistency of a hearty puree, and isn’t too thin like some of the others we tried. Try it over pasta or as a base for homemade pizza.
Dear Amy: My husband and I have become devoted patrons of your meals. I must tell you that we never expected the Indian dishes to be so delicious until we tried yours. We are of Indian origin and we tend to be critical of Indian dishes but the matar paneer cuisine and palak paneer are truly incredible; restaurants don't even measure up.
