The Healthiest New Soups

Soup's reputation as a dietfriendly food isn't entirely deserved: Some versions are loaded with fat and salt. A cup of cream of onion, for example, contains 9 grams of fat and more than 1,000 milligrams of sodium-that's over a third of what you should get all day. Instead choose soups without cream or butter, and with fewer than 600 milligrams of sodium per serving, advises Molly Kimball, R.D., a nutritionist at Ochsner Health Systems' Elmwood Fitness Center in New Orleans. Dear Amy,

I just discovered the Spinach Pizza Snacks. So yummy! I've almost weaned my partner off the horrid frozen deep-fried pizza rolls of his youth. Thanks for helping me offer him a snack that satisfies his need for gooey cheese and instant gratification as well as my desire for healthy organic food for both of us. Keep up the great work!
