Amy’s Kitchen Launches Personal Pizzas
at Expo East ’06!
Natural Convenience Food Leader Also Presents New Southern

Amy’s
Pizzas are always popular, but there are times when a full sized
pizza is too much to prepare and certainly too much for one person
to eat. That’s why the folks at Amy’s have created
Amy’s individual sized Personal Pizzas which have the same
great taste and natural and organic ingredients as their full sized
pizzas, but are just right for one person to eat for a quick lunch
or a tasty snack. Available in the following varieties:
Amy’s Spinach Personal Pizza (7.2 ounces,
suggested retail price: $3.69)
A blend of feta cheese, basil and organic spinach topped with a sprinkling
of part skim mozzarella cheese.
Amy’s Cheese Personal Pizza (6.2 ounces, suggested
retail price: $3.69)
The classic favorite, made with Amy’s savory pizza sauce and
grated part skim mozzarella cheese.
Amy’s
Roasted Vegetable Personal Pizza (6.2 ounces, suggested
retail price: $4.49) No cheese. Topped with marinated organic shiitake
mushrooms, roasted red peppers, sweet onions and marinated artichoke
hearts. Non-dairy/no cholesterol.
Amy’s Pesto Personal Pizza (7.0 ounces,

Light tender crust topped with Amy's homemade pesto, part skim mozzarella
cheese, garden fresh organic tomato slices and broccoli florets.
Amy’s Southern Meal

Here is down-home southern cooking at its best! The folks at Amy’s
created this traditional meal with the help of a friend of theirs
who comes from Louisiana … mashed sweet potatoes, light cornbread
with kernels of sweet corn and bits of pimento topped with a flavorful
sauce and tender pinto beans, and nutritious collard and swiss chard “greens”.
This is comfort food that can be enjoyed on any occasion!

Soups and Beans
Amy’s Thai Coconut Soup

Amy’s version of the traditional “Thom Kha Phak”,
so popular in Thai restaurants, combines sweet, smooth coconut milk
with gently warming Thai spices, organic tofu, lemongrass, shiitake
mushrooms, sweet potatoes and other organic vegetables. This delicate,
flavorful soup is a fine introduction to Thai cuisine.
Amy’s Tuscan Bean and Rice Soup

This delicious soup is almost a stew, substantial and nourishing

barlotti beans, for which that region is noted, brown rice, and fresh

who is a picky eater, loves this nourishing lentil soup, made from her mom's
