I have to admit that I was skeptical at first about trying the Mattar
Tofu. I don't (didn't) like tofu and I was never a fan of frozen meals.
However I have been getting into organic foods more and more lately
and decided to try one of your products. IT WAS
SO DELICIOUS! Whole
Foods is a long walk so I'm glad I bought more than one! It was not
spicy and it had nothing of that typical frozen food taste. The rice
was perfectly cooked, the peas were not mushy, and the tofu was flavorful
and substantial (I am not a vegetarian and I would not have known it
wasn't chicken). I will definitely be buying more Amy's products and
encouraging my friends to do the same. Thank you so much for making
such a wonderfully delicious and authentic product--keep up the good
work!
