Your apple pie is the perfect treat. Sometimes I like to offer a special treat to my young boys (and when I want a tasty treat myself). I will reach for one of your apple pies on just such an occasion. You should see us digging in with our spoons at the same time (not a pretty sight, I assure you). I’m sure it would be great with a scoop of ice cream as well. Hmmmm, might have to try that next time.
Dear Amy, Just tried your poppy seed cake for the first time-yummy. I think the chocolate cake is going to have some competition. Do you have any future plans for other flavors in your cakes? Jeff Bray
