Indian Golden Lentil Soup
Amy's family often visits a delightful Himalayan restaurant where customers are served a bowl of lentil soup to eat, free of charge, while waiting for their meals to arrive. We were so taken by the flavor of this delicious soup that we asked for the recipe. The owner gave us the recipe and came to Amy's plant to show us how to make it. Organic red lentils and yellow split peas are gently cooked with organic vegetables and traditional spices to create Amy's mildly spiced Golden Lentil soup for you to enjoy.

I have been meaning to send an email for quite some time. Now finally I get around to it! I just wanted to tell you how WONDERFUL I think the Black Bean Vegetable Enchilada's are. They are my very most favorite thing to eat EVER. If my freezer wasn't so small, I'd FILL it with the enchilada's. The other Amy's products are excellent as well. But your enchilada's have made me very happy.
If you have any promotional items or special offers/coupons (or if you want to send me a giant box of Amy's products with one of your chef's inside as well...) I'd be the happiest girl in the world.
