Black Bean Veggie Burger
After receiving numerous requests for an "Amy's bean burger" Amy's mom, Rachel asked our chefs to come up with not just any old black bean burger but one that was truly special. They did. Building on our basic veggie burger mix of organic grains, vegetables and mushrooms they added black beans, sweet corn and a perfect blend of chipotle, chili and other spices to create a firm-textured vegan veggie burger with the smoky, spicy flavor of old Mexico.

One hectic afternoon in the midst of another 12 hour day at the pharmacy; my husband stops by with an Amy's Black Bean Enchilada meal...my nutritional life has never been the same!!!
As a nurse and a pharmacist, I cannot encourage people enough to examine their "nutritional prescriptions". Pills can help, but the phytonutrition in your meals (flavonoids in tofu, high fiber in essentially all meals, vitamins and more...) are the best advice I've given!
My children love your meals. I'm thinking a broad launch at child nutrition would be a fabulous approach! Your meals are balanced, bright, texture rich and portioned properly!

I have been meaning to send an email for quite some time. Now finally I get around to it! I just wanted to tell you how WONDERFUL I think the Black Bean Vegetable Enchilada's are. They are my very most favorite thing to eat EVER. If my freezer wasn't so small, I'd FILL it with the enchilada's. The other Amy's products are excellent as well. But your enchilada's have made me very happy.
If you have any promotional items or special offers/coupons (or if you want to send me a giant box of Amy's products with one of your chef's inside as well...) I'd be the happiest girl in the world.
I love your food. It is absolutely DELICIOUS.
