Although most people with allergies to eggs
are allergic to the protein in the egg white, some have problems
with the yolk and a few can't tolerate either. While it is easier to avoid eggs in meals (especially
Amy’s, we never use eggs) , it can be challenging to avoid
eggs in desserts. Luckily, Amy's now offers 3 cakes in addition to our apple pie (add the link). There is a great dessert cookbook that offers great
