- Place vegan chocolate chips in a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave, heating for 30-second intervals and stirring in between.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, and smooth it out with an angled spatula.
- Place the pieces of Minty Candy onto the chocolate, pressing them in gently, then sprinkle your assorted vegan sprinkles over the top.
- Chill the entire baking sheet in the fridge for a few hours or overnight (or if you’re in a hurry, for an hour in the freezer).
- Snap the well-chilled bark into shards. Store in a cool place until you’re ready to eat or give away.
Pro tip
Add pretzel pieces, coconut shreds or almonds to your bark for a personal touch.
