Serves Makes 36 pieces Easy

Directions

  1. Place vegan chocolate chips in a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave, heating for 30-second intervals and stirring in between.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, and smooth it out with an angled spatula.
  3. Place the pieces of Minty Candy onto the chocolate, pressing them in gently, then sprinkle your assorted vegan sprinkles over the top.
  4. Chill the entire baking sheet in the fridge for a few hours or overnight (or if you’re in a hurry, for an hour in the freezer).
  5. Snap the well-chilled bark into shards. Store in a cool place until you’re ready to eat or give away.

Pro tip

Add pretzel pieces, coconut shreds or almonds to your bark for a personal touch.
