Asian-Style Veggie Burger Lettuce Cups

Lettuce all celebrate plant-based tastiness! Veggie burger crumbles, fresh rice noodles, julienned veggies and tangy Asian dressing - wrap up the deliciousness!


Serves 4 15 minutes Easy

Directions

  • Cook veggie burgers according to package instructions.  Use a wooden spoon or spatula to break veggie patties up into bite-sized crumbles.
  • Line up lettuce leaves. Fill each with a small amount of cooked rice noodles, crumbled veggie burger and fresh veggies. Drizzle with Asian dressing and squeeze fresh lime on top.
  • If you’re a spice fan, drizzle with Sriracha.
