OVENS MAY VARY Cook from frozen. These veggie burgers are fully prebaked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry.
STOVETOP Heat in a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until heated throughout.
BARBECUING Oil each side lightly before putting on the grill. Heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until heated throughout.
CONVENTIONAL OR TOASTER OVEN Preheat oven to 400°F. Place patty on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Flip. Bake for 5-6 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
MICROWAVE OVEN Remove from overwrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for 1 minute and 40 seconds. Increase cooking time 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
