After many trials, our Chef Fred created it…the perfect combination of crust, sauce, vegan cheeze and vegetable toppings. Our classic hand-stretched wheat crust is topped with house-made pesto sauce, a smooth blend of vegan cheezes, organic red onions and with roasted artichoke hearts. CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove overwrap. Place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until crust starts to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425°F for 13-15 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
