Cooking Directions

CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove overwrap. Place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until crust starts to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 450°F for 13-15 minutes. Because this pizza is made with fresh mozzarella cheese, some moisture in the center of the pizza may occur. Blot off with a paper towel if desired. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve.
