Move over avocado toast! This guac veggie burger will satisfy all your avocado cravings and simultaneously fill you with the most delicious organic veggies.

Directions

  • Prepare the guacamole by mixing all ingredients in a bowl with a fork.

  • Cook the patty according to package instructions (this will take about 1 minute if you’re using a microwave).

  • Start layering your burger with lettuce, the patty, guacamole, spinach and pickles.  

  • Enjoy!  

Pro tip

To make this recipe gluten-free, replace the California patty with Amy’s Sonoma Veggie Burger patty and use a gluten-free bun.
