Move over avocado toast! This guac veggie burger will satisfy all your avocado cravings and simultaneously fill you with the most delicious organic veggies.
Prepare the guacamole by mixing all ingredients in a bowl with a fork.
Cook the patty according to package instructions (this will take about 1 minute if you’re using a microwave).
Start layering your burger with lettuce, the patty, guacamole, spinach and pickles.
To make this recipe gluten-free, replace the California patty with Amy’s Sonoma Veggie Burger patty and use a gluten-free bun.
